CUSTOMS BROKERAGE
We have a highly experienced team of customs brokers and compilers that continuously stive for efficiency excellence in the clearance process. Our team is well equipped with knowledge of the centralized Asycuda software, coupled with established relationships with all import and export parties, we deliver consistent results for our clients. We offer a centralized customs clearance system for both imports and exports ensuring all statutory obligations are met with transparency being our number 1 priority. Our stringent compilers ensure shipping documentations are in alignment with PNG tariffs and other statutory requirements.
VESSEL AGENCY
We offer vessel agency services focused on 24/7 operational management for all vessel and industry type. This includes organizing crew changes, customs documentation management, declarations and consistent reporting to the ship owners and or principles. We have the capacity to represent ship owners and or principles with high standards and ensure efficient transactions. Our priority is to meet all necessary requirements for our client and ensure a smooth transaction.
FREIGHT FORWARDING
Our established relationship with land, air and sea freight forwarders allows us to efficiently provide services to clients throughout Papua New Guinea. Although we provide transport and distribution services with our own trucks, we do however require third party support occasionally for complex tasks. We provide competitive pricing and ensure the best value for money.
TRANSPORT AND DISTRIBUTION
Our transport division focuses on door-to-door deliveries of FCL, Breakbulk and LCL cargoes and empty returns to the wharf. We also provide packing and unpacking of containers plus equipment hire such as forklift hire. We have the fleet capacity to fulfill all transport and distribution requirements in this sector. Our meticulous operations team focuses daily on effective coordinating and scheduling of vehicles to ensure delivery KPIs are met
WAREHOUSING
We provide warehousing and inventory management services in Port Moresby and Lae for short- and long-term storage requirements. Although Port Moresby and Lae are our main centers we also have warehousing capabilities in other centers around PNG as highlighted in our map. These warehouse facilities can be provided upon request. Our warehousing facilities comply with all safety and structural regulations and are fit to store cargoes of all sorts.
