Blue Planet Logistics (BPL) was incorporated in 2018 and is headquartered in Port Moresby with offices in Lae, Kokopo and other centers around PNG. We have a globalized network of agents facilitating all ports internationally for FCL/LCL requirements with main hubs in Brisbane, Sydney and Singapore
The main objective for Blue Planet Logistics is to offer a full turn key supply chain logistics solution for all it’s clients.
We serve our customers by offering bespoke and efficient services that are specific to their needs. Our core business focuses on 5 main elements, customs brokerage, vessel agency, freight forwarding, transport & distribution and warehousing. We have a dedicated team of professionals that bring to the table multitude of experience and knowledge in each of our core divisions. We have a vision to be a reputable logistics company in PNG by providing service that is second to none, as our slogan states ‘service out of this world’.

Our Organizational Structure
and Operations
Blue Planet Logistics Papua New Guinea reports directly to the Group COO, who then reports to the Chairman. The business has a Country Manager and under the country manager is the General Manager who overseas the BPL operations throughout Papua New Guinea. There is one shipping manager per branch and a vessel agency manager that focuses on the all vessel agency operations. The headquarter operates from Gerehu, it is well secured and is surrounded by reputable companies like CPL, BOC. It has an office space for approx. 20 plus employees consisting of a customs clearance/wharf clearance and transport division. The laydown depot yard space allows at least 200-300 20” containers at any one time for storage/staging and devan purposes (Approx. 12,000 m2). Our inhouse assets include but are not limited to Light Vehicles/Forklifts and trucks along with other equipment and infrastructure necessary to complete the inbound logistics function for all customers and inhouse operations.

The QMS certification ensures we consistently deliver quality services to our clients through standard operating procedures. Each process in our company is quality controlled, measured and reported on to ensure we always meet ISO standards and delivery on our company goals and objective. We also maintain a structured audit plan with designated audit teams that ensure we meet our required system standards.
